As a Senior Associate in the Regulatory External Data Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Area Product Owner to assess impact, plan and prioritize work required for upcoming projects impacting regulatory reporting. You will be a key point of contact to gather information and communicate across technology teams, testing teams, and key reporting stakeholders. You will be responsible for implementation activities including documentation of clear and complete requirements, test planning, and implementation planning. You will also be responsible for consolidating release documentation to present for stakeholder review and approval. In this role, you will work collaboratively with both internal team members and partners from Home Lending Business, Technology, MIS and Risk and your strong organizational skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills are essential to drive progress and keep teams on track.

Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Drive progress on requirements readiness based on impact / issue severity
- Prepare scope and release documentation for communication to stakeholders
- Release planning and tracking of key milestones for delivery
- Manage the end to end change control process in JIRA
- Conduct thorough data analysis as needed
- Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders, providing clear agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions to ensure progress and accountability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related area
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Ability to lead and manage projects independently
- Flexibility to adapt to change
- Strong business analytics background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in Financial Services Industry/Regulatory Reporting
- Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency and JIRA platform experience
