Business Analyst - Manila Change Management Procedure Writer

Job Summary:
As a Change Management Specialist within Organizational Effectiveness & Oversight (OEO), you will facilitate the intake, monitoring, and implementation of change requests submitted by business teams. You will create, edit, and refine strategic policy and procedure documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to execute regulatory or business-driven changes impacting procedures and business documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, proofread, and refine strategic policy and procedure documentation using defined templates.
- Analyze and structure content using guiding principles to present information clearly and accessibly.
- Engage with all levels of management and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and obtain approvals.
- Identify cross-team impacts and communicate needs to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage and prioritize work to best serve internal customers.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for understanding complex processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Strong priority management and organizational skills to manage complexity and focus on multiple documents concurrently.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to engage and build trust with key stakeholders.
- High degree of self-motivation and team-oriented attitude for working independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of Dreamweaver and HTML preferred but not required.
- Preferably a degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent work experience in technical writing or related communications field.
