Join our Global Sanctions Operations Transformation Team, where you'll support innovative projects and drive business transformation through AI/ML strategies.

As a Business Analysis Associate II/Project Manager in Global Sanctions Operations Transformation (GSOT) Team, you will play a key role in various projects and initiatives. You will participate in new product and client implementations, supporting various initiatives and business transformation functions and helping to lead innovation by developing AI/ML strategies.

You will work on multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, including researching new projects and changes to business systems or applications and managing configuration changes or system modifications. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Business, Product, Compliance, Operations and Technology. You main tasks will involve gathering project and onboarding requirements through document analysis and stakeholder calls, describing business processes and reviewing use cases and scenarios and conduction business analysis and task and workflow analysis. This role is highly visible and involves direct interaction and partnership with project stakeholders and senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to an innovative GSOT by supporting end-to-end strategic Project/solutions, defining business requirement, participate in the end to end new product/client onboarding, scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities and design solutions
  • Develop a keen familiarity with the GSO data systems and tools, supporting both short-term and long-term technology strategies.
  • Drive meaningful process improvements through the integration of AI/ML technologies and product development to enhance efficiency within GSO teams.
  • Collaborate effectively to establish close partnerships with peers across GSO teams within Transaction and Client functions and be proactive, detailed and results-oriented, and possesses good communication skills.
  • Complete day-to-day processes related to analysis, project management and delivery of transformation initiatives and actively participate in support activities including weekly scorecards, monthly business reviews, monthly reporting, recertification and audit support
  • Assist in developing content to periodically update executive management, leadership and stakeholders on roadmap, delivery milestones and change management status
  • Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects, while learning new automation process and help break down analyses and derive insights to provide key suggestions for stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking are also required in driving solutions, initiatives, and projects.
  • Manage Senior Stakeholders across different regions and Teams to align expectations, escalate issues and risks, and provide updates on the project status.
  • Work with Internal partners and our BIML tech (Business Intelligence Machine Learning) teams to drive AI/ML product solutions and the transformation agenda for GS.
  • Partner and influence shared purposes through trust and teamwork across businesses and functions; drive a robust risk/control environment by promoting strong controls, including AI/ML model governance.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years in consulting, business transformation, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience or demonstrated expertise in delivering automation, AI/ML-driven products, projects, or technology applications
  • Experience contributing to change initiatives within organizations and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Experience in creating business cases, Jira's, Standard operating procedures, high quality strategy materials
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Products, Sales, Tech, Ops) to build relationships and collaborate on initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with skills in managing ambiguity and mobilizing internal resources and being a team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independently
  • Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Experience of the Screening environment
  • Functional skills in Tableau, Alteryx , UI path or other database technologies
