As a Business Analysis Associate II within JPMorganChase, you will analyze and create test account data for user acceptance testing of credit card applications. Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation strategies, leveraging systems architecture knowledge to optimize processes and drive efficiency within the department.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful implementation of business strategies.
- Create and manage test account data that will be used in UAT, ensuring it is comprehensive and covers all necessary testing scenarios.
- Ensure that the test data accurately simulates real-world conditions to effectively test the credit card application systems.
- Utilize macros and API automation to efficiently build and condition test data, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth testing processes and address any data-related issues.
- Maintain clear records of test data and any changes made during the testing process to ensure traceability and accountability.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration, with experience in working with diverse teams across an organization.
- Provide quality service to customers through continuous communication.
- Strong understanding of credit card data structures and processing.
- Proficiency in using macros and API automation for building and conditioning test data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze detailed business requirements.
- Ability to raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required for test case identification.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Capability to leverage artificial intelligence and AI tools to enhance data analysis, uncover business trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives.
- Competence in technology/process release management, with proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Experience in agile development environments.
- Automation skills are helpful but not required.
