As a Business Analysis Associate within our Performance, Reporting, & Insights Team, you will collaborate closely with Relationship Leads and Operations to address business requirements related to reporting and data analysis. You will be tasked with documenting both business and technical requirements, prototyping, and delivering reports, while utilizing all available data to investigate business issues. Your role will encompass providing a wide range of analysis and insights, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive. Furthermore, you will apply big data skills such as querying and modeling to gather data that supports the narrative around problems and proposed solutions. You will also manage the QA/testing of new or enhanced solutions and the re-certification of solutions to ensure the accuracy of the reporting inventory and its ongoing alignment with business needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting Solution Development (Tableau, Looker)
- Gathering of reporting requirements and creation of business requirement document (BRD)
- Supporting developers on dashboard creation/modification.
- Performing testing/QA of new reporting solutions or enhancements.
- Troubleshooting of solution issues and support on break-fix
- Supports Re-certification of existing reporting solutions.
- Adhering to Reporting Governance.
- Providing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis to support business problems and decision-making
- Putting together data analysis in a compelling story
- Developing Full end-to-end solutions, from requirements to delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 4+ years in a business analytics or data analytics-related role supporting Contact Centre Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive data analysis
- Hands on experience in data wrangling tools (ie SQL, Alteryx), and Salesforce Report/Dashboard.
- Advanced excel skills (ie. Index Match, xlookup, Analysis Toolpak, VBA, etc)
- Working knowledge of various data modeling and statistical tools (ie. Python)
- Strong data visualisation skills and ability to tell a compelling data story.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex data to non-data users in a way that would be easily understood
- Excellent user of MS Office products (Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
- Experience working Scrum and using JIRA/Confluence
- Ability to manage own workload and deliverables.
