Brand Marketing Associate

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about brand management, digital marketing, advertising, and executing campaigns according to schedule, scope, and budget. This person will have ownership over process development and the opportunity to grow their strengths in executing creative ideas and brand storytelling.

As a Brand Marketing Associate within Chase, you will participate in the development and execution of brand marketing plans, including the assessment of critical issues and the recommendation of strategic and tactical solutions.

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as an ambassador for the Brand, acting as the primary point of contact for agency team members and brand partners collaborating on assigned projects. Direct teams on next steps and communicate key milestones to be met.
  • Partner with internal business and legal teams to proactively guide projects through internal systems and processes, ensuring smooth delivery of brand and marketing priorities.
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations for meetings and key stakeholder deliverables, including executive updates, line-of-business colleagues, and agency partners.
  • Immerse yourself in the digital and mobile marketing ecosystem, becoming an expert in onboarding features that product teams want to advertise via our mobile media and messaging framework.
  • Create and manage creative project plan timelines, controlling the cadence of reviews and tracking feedback and progress throughout the life of a project.
  • Build relationships with key brand stakeholders, including Creative Leads and Resourcing Managers, to coordinate and plan creative resources.
  • Contribute to new and ongoing creative opportunities, taking ownership of creative executions from briefing and asset development through to implementing tactics across paid and owned marketing channels.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4+ years of marketing or brand experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple clients, digital, and creative teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of the creative process and strong instincts for creating action plans tailored to each project and brand initiative.
  • Strong track record in project management and the ability to translate business goals into marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, internal and external clients, and vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster lasting work relationships and teamwork; a collaborative team player who easily gains trust and support of peers.
  • Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and perform under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with photography, video, digital, social, and other asset types.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented; a passion for process and organization.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including presenting.

  • Experience managing external agencies.
  • Experience with, or a strong understanding of, the legal and operational constraints of creating large- and small-scale marketing campaigns for a financial services company.
