As a Senior Associate in the Booking Model Controller Team, you will work on strategic projects that transform our operations and retire legacy systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Booking Model and Product Controllers, Corporate Technology, and the Program Management Organization (PMO), to drive impactful change. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams on the design and implementation of a new booking model tool.
- Partner with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and determine necessary new functionalities for booking model reporting.
- Conduct thorough testing of the new functionalities.
- Contribute to the development and continuous governance of booking model processes.
- Provide production support to users, addressing any issues or queries promptly.
- Establish booking model best practices and ensure compliance with the Firm's policies and standards.
- Engage in identifying and proposing solutions to enhance controls and efficiencies within the booking model team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO, Technology, LOBs, and other functions.
- Prepare and present materials to senior management.
- Handle ad-hoc requests as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Control, Business Management, or Regulatory Reporting.
- Deep understanding of balance sheet, P&L, risk, and accounting concepts.
- Familiarity with financial products, including derivatives.
- A detail-oriented, creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in leading innovative projects and driving change.
