As a Product Manager in the Network Services Perimeter Egress team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations

Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Drives planning and delivery of the book of work by distilling the Objectives and Key results into a Quarterly Plan and downstream sprint planning
- Works with clients and engineering to prioritize the book of work and backlog
- Bridges the gap between product strategy and technical execution, focusing on the engineering and technical
- Interacts with clients and engineering teams on business required service, ensure follow-up on client unique requirement until delivery
- Manages a clear portfolio of projects and key change activities for supported entities. Ensure client's awareness of projects and ensure technology partners are supported in their effective implementation
- Analyzes complex business solutions or technology problems to meet client needs while advising teams on strategies and best practices
- Effectively represents Network Services in discussions with Audit, Compliance and Regulators
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of building and delivering a product
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex data and systems, anticipating issues, and finding ways to mitigate risk
- Experience working with engineering teams to develop solutions required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and its technology processes
- Experience working with engineering teams to consider upstream/downstream system or technical implications and advises on mitigation actions
- Experience implementing effective risk management practices through the identification, assessment and timely treatment of risks
- Good understanding of control requirements and regulatory expectations

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
