AWM - Asset Movement Team Analyst

The Asset Movement Team is integral to the processing of all internal and external transactions, primarily focusing on two Lines of Business: CWM and JPMA. Key responsibilities include the review, verification, validation, and correction of collateral movements.

The team operates across three strategic locations: New Jersey, Delaware, and Buenos Aires.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve daily collateral movements from Brokerage Accounts.
  • Process both Non-Managed and Managed Journals (internal transfers).
  • Review and process systematic requests.
  • Handle inquiries and manage escalations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets to external firms, covering both US-based and international markets.

  • Proficient in written and oral English, with daily interactions involving calls and email exchanges with US counterparties, Financial Advisors, Middle Office, and other departments.
