Job summary

As a Product Delivery Associate on the EX Kit and Enterprise Tools team, you will develop your skills, contribute to meaningful change, and advance your career in an environment that values growth and learning.

In this role, you will support the innovation of new product offerings and contribute to the end-to-end product delivery life cycle, helping to create solutions and drive efficiencies that enable successful implementations in a timely and organized manner. You will work across the organization to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers, ensuring that products continuously deliver value while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.

Job responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product release.
  • Contribute to change management activities across functional partners and document adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.
  • Support product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
  • Apply a strong understanding of product and project delivery, working with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Gather crucial feedback, track project milestones and deliverables, and support documentation and reporting.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to deliver top-tier customer experiences.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related domain (internships, certifications, or equivalent expertise considered).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies; flexibility to adjust priorities based on changing business needs.
  • Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience with enterprise product delivery in financial services or technology environments.
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
