Become an integral part of the Corporate Responsibility (CR) team where you will have an opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals focused on generating durable social impact at scale.
As an Associate within Corporate Responsibility, you will need to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with a strategic mindset, while paying close attention to details. Within CR, you will sit in the Executive Office of the Global Philanthropy (GP) function and primarily support the U.S. Philanthropy team, as well as support global governance processes including Foundation Board. Your daily routine will include supporting the U.S. Philanthropy department's daily operations, including business planning, grantmaking governance, and budget tracking, while also creating presentations, coordinating meetings, and managing centralized resources to support the team.

Job responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the U.S. Philanthropy department, including business planning, portfolio management, and execution of cross-departmental projects
- Facilitate U.S. Philanthropy grantmaking governance, including managing grant reviews, tracking pipeline execution, and developing Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor progress
- Track the U.S. contributions budget and manage incoming requests for shifts in budget while working closely with senior management; support annual budget planning and calibration efforts
- Support the business planning process for U.S. teams, working closely with the Head of U.S. Philanthropy to ensure cohesive strategic planning across markets and thematic areas
- Support global grantmaking governance processes, including tracking reviews and preparing materials for Foundation Board review; contribute to process improvement efforts
- Create detailed presentations on the U.S. Philanthropy strategy and portfolio for the CR Management Team, Operating Committee, and the Board of Directors, among others
- Coordinate cadence, agendas and follow ups for key internal meetings and team offsites
- Manage centralized resources and documentation on strategies, processes, and expectations to support the U.S Philanthropy team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience working in business management, project management, and/or operations
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex organizations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
- Outstanding analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint in particular), with a proven ability to synthesize complex information for senior and non-technical audiences
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and levels; comfort collaborating with teammates across multiple offices
- Serve as a culture carrier and positive advocate for new processes, tools, and technology rolling out across GP and CR
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in social impact, philanthropy, impact investing and/or nonprofits, and demonstrated interest in economy mobility issues strongly preferred
- Knowledge and experience using Salesforce
- Experience developing and implementing knowledge management strategies in matrixed organizations
Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support hybrid options.
