We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Asset Management Recruiter, Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing the best talent for front office groups within the Asset Management business.
Job Summary
As an Junior Recruiter in Asset & Wealth Management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing process to support recruitment across our front office team. Your focus will be on experienced hire roles, ranging from Analyst to Executive Director, within our Revenue Generating business. Your proactive approach to talent hunting is essential for success. Beyond filling open roles, you will engage in ongoing candidate development and presentation, while also contributing to Talent Acquisition & Talent Management initiatives. This includes competitive intelligence, market mapping, name generation, succession planning, and confidential projects. Building strong relationships with senior managers and candidates is crucial, and your consultative, strategic thought leadership will be key to your success.

Job Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hiring managers within the Asset Management business.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and potential sourcing opportunities.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for open positions, and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships.
- Work closely with our team to understand the specific needs of client groups and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Promote the company's brand and career opportunities to potential candidates, highlighting the benefits and growth potential of employment.
Required Qualifications Capabilities, and Skills
- 1+ years of experience in the financial industry or search firm as a recruiter
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and deliver high-quality results while maintaining excellent client service.
- Experience sourcing for complex searches.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in direct sourcing and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with potential candidates. Basic understanding of compensation packages.
- Strong skills in name generation, networking, and candidate mapping to identify and engage top talent.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience sourcing or recruiting in Asset Management.
- Knows your way around Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing, or data analysis.
