Job Summary
As a Bank Loan Operations Analyst within the Bank Loan Operations Team, you manage day-to-day trade capture, settlements, and asset substantiation. You ensure accuracy through reconciliation, problem-solving, and effective communication with stakeholders. You support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand fundamental concepts related to bank loans
• Perform day-to-day operations including trade capture, settlements, and asset substantiation
• Reconcile cash and positions for accuracy
• Identify issues, analyze problems, and provide viable solutions
• Learn new products and processes currently in scope
• Work efficiently with tight deadlines
• Attend regular group meetings with managers for feedback and communication
• Follow procedures and established processes for routine and non-routine tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Support process improvements and operational excellence
  
  Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Demonstrate excellent comprehension and observation skills
• Apply relevant investment banking experience
• Adapt and be flexible in a team environment
• Exhibit strong client focus and ability to partner with internal groups
• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Communicate clearly and professionally across teams
