Job Summary

As an Asset Servicing Analyst within the Asset Servicing Team, you will process and reconcile positions, payments, and transactions for client accounts. You will leverage your subject matter expertise to handle both routine and complex asset servicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reconcile positions, payments, and process transactions to client accounts.
  • Perform both routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions with moderate to advanced complexity.
  • Diagnose problems and provide operational or technical resolutions within defined autonomy.
  • Manage customer accounts, process payments, income, or taxes, and resolve queries.
  • Understand and oversee the asset servicing lifecycle.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service.
  • Review peer work and offer suggestions for process improvements.
  • Adapt to extended hours as per business requirements to meet client expectations.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and in different shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Demonstrate excellent prior asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage operational experience.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive change and enhance controls.
  • Manage effectively through a changing business landscape.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Utilize extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel (VLOOKUP), and Outlook.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
