Asset Management - Project Manager - Shanghai
As a Project Manager within China Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of projects and initiatives across various business units. Leveraging your broad knowledge of project management principles and practices, you will transform strategic plans into actionable programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and vision. Your role will involve analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks. You will also be responsible for fostering cross-functional collaboration, building diverse teams, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient project delivery. Your ability to think strategically, coupled with your developing digital proficiency and customer service skills, will be key in delivering results that have a meaningful impact on our department and stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Lead or support important projects to drive growth initiatives, change activities, risk and control programs, etc.
- Advocate positive changes to enhance the company's infrastructure, processes, risk and control, collaboration model, etc.
- Participate in Automation Project and continuously explore opportunities to enhance efficiencies and reduce errors.
- Assists with any ad hoc tasks or projects when required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years' work experience in a similar position with sound knowledge of the China Fund Industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, willing to challenge the status quo to improve processes.
- Strong influencing power and capability to collaborate with others for partnership.
- Attainment of all necessary regulatory licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required) for carrying out Asset Management and other regulated activities
