Asset Management - Client Analyst - Program Analyst

Job Summary
As a Program Analyst within our Client Service and Business Platform, you will gain foundational knowledge of our client onboarding process. You will also rotate to our Business Management team to understand strategy, reporting, and business priorities. Your rotation will further extend to our Sales team, where you will learn how to work with clients across various distribution channels, such as Institutional Clients. In collaboration with our senior business leaders, you will develop strategies that cater to our clients' needs. You will also work with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm
- Work with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, conduct market research and assist in strategic planning to help clients meet their investment objectives
- Develop relationships with clients including top pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, central banks and other institutional investors
- Learn about asset allocation strategies and identifying investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to meet our clients' investment objectives
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence
- Genuine interest in financial markets, investing and macro-level economics
- Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus
