As an Analyst in our Asia Equity Derivatives and Prime Projects team, you will have the opportunity to promote the design, testing, and implementation of our strategic risk management system. We are adopting an ambitious technology agenda to upscale our systems and you will play a key role in this transformation. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and designing system workflows, developing testing scopes, promoting the testing of new deliveries, partnering with our technology team to automate processes, and conducting regular surveys for continuous improvement. This role offers a chance to improve operational efficiency and control, and to make a significant impact on our business.

Job responsibilities
- Analyze and design system workflow and features to improve operational efficiency and control
- Develop testing scope and approach to complete large number of testing scenarios within tight schedule
- Drive the testing of new delivery and reporting of defects in a controlled and timely manner
- Partner with Technology to automate testing, evidencing and regression
- Define OKR, source data and develop metrics to track the progress of STP rates
- Conduct regular surveys to solicit user feedbacks for continuous improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ year of experience working in the financial industry with expertise in business analysis
- Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives products, markets & trade lifecycle, in particular trade capture & post-trade activities
- Experience in conducting hands-on testing, driving testing strategy and automation
- Experience in conducting UX research and apply design thinking
- Proven ability on data analytics, visualization and presentation
- Professional skills with Alteryx, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, MarkitSERV
