As a Applied AI ML Lead, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions to tackle real-world challenges. Your expertise will drive innovation in areas such as Large Language Models, Predictive Models, and Agentic AI processing. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in Consumer and Community Bank Controls and Oversight to deliver impactful results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute visionary AI strategies that leverage generative AI, seamlessly integrating with our Controls and Oversight Product suite to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Applied AI ML Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation to deliver transformative AI solutions.
  • Partner with diverse stakeholders to ensure the delivery of value-driven AI initiatives, acting as a primary liaison for executives across various business domains.
  • Provide hands on design and development of high-impact projects requiring sophisticated analytical solutions, identifying business needs and developing data-driven strategies.
  • Articulate business plans and outcomes to senior management, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI trends, continuously testing and integrating new tools and techniques to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Strategically manage resources to influence decisions impacting the organization's P&L, recognized as a technical leader with broad business exposure.
  • Drive proactive process enhancements, effectively managing resources and communicating findings to business executives.
  • Engage and inspire diverse groups of colleagues and clients, setting high performance standards and nurturing talent through coaching.

Require qualification, capabilities and skills:

  • Degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science).
  • 5+ years proven experience implementing the use of AI and machine learning models that are integrated with operational processes and workflows.
  • Hands-on machine learning model development and use of Databricks, LangChain, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Advanced skills with 5+ years experience in Python, Pandas and integrating LLM APIs and computational packages.
  • Proficiency with SQL and basic data table operations, coupled with strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated knowledge of data architecture designs that are best aligned to generative AI solutions.
  • Curious, hardworking, detail-oriented, motivated by complex analytical problems, with the ability to design or evaluate metrics aligned with business goals and communicate technical concepts effectively.

  • Experience managing diverse teams
