Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Degree in quantitative discipline from top-tier institutions.
- 7+ years of experience in statistical model development for large banks.
- Proven experience with AI and machine learning models in operations.
- Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and LLM APIs.
- Proficiency with SQL and data management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience managing diverse teams.
- Knowledge in KYC
