As a Business Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor, identifying and mitigating business risks while supporting strategic programs. As a Business Manager in APAC Markets Operations, you will provide strategic business management support, acting as a counterweight to Business/Group Heads. You will be responsible for driving key initiatives, managing strategic programs, and optimizing business performance across APAC. Your role will involve project management, business analysis, and effective communication with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive execution.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and analysis, including financial, non-financial, and technical content.
  • Manage strategic programs with a focus on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across APAC D&PS Operations.
  • Assist in communicating the overall strategic agenda and achievements, proactively highlighting issues and risks.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify solutions to various opportunities and challenges.
  • Partner with Finance to review expenses and identify potential reductions in the cost base.
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for townhalls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with senior executives and managers.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to identify key issues, develop actionable recommendations, and deliver from inception to completion.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter with a creative 'can-do' attitude.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Prior experience in Business Management or Project Management is advantageous.
