Job Summary
As a Product Business Manager within the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) department of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), you will partner with M&A and Capital Markets businesses to achieve strategic objectives, ensure alignment with control functions, and maintain compliance with corporate policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support product team across Asia Pacific (Australia, Emerging Asia, and Japan)
  • Identify, facilitate, and pursue business objectives and opportunities
  • Conduct business reviews, resource analysis, and manage budgetary processes
  • Assist with defining and implementing cross-regional processes and procedures
  • Assist with the definition and rollout of Origination technology
  • Manage expenses
  • Collaborate with NA and EMEA counterparts and Business Managers in other Corporate Finance and Markets businesses
  • Work closely with all control and support functions in day-to-day management
  • Oversee and improve the Asia Commitments Committee process
  • Manage relationships with Dealogic, Thomas Reuters, and Bloomberg for GIB products

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Investment Banking, Equity, and/or Credit products
  • Thorough understanding of risks and controls
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across disciplines and seniority levels
  • Self-starter with motivation and ability to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with Dealogic, Bloomberg, Thomas Reuters, and other market data vendors
