As an Associate based in Hong Kong, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including developing international growth strategies, assessing and planning new product and market entry, and conducting strategic business deep dives. Our team is composed of top performers from leading strategy consulting firms, investment banks, other internal JPMorgan Chase groups, and top undergraduate and graduate programs.
As an Associate in the APAC Firmwide Strategy team, you will be part of a focused group of professionals working on projects that are critical to our business. You will collaborate with business leaders and senior management to develop solutions that enhance our global presence and contribute to the firm's growth.

Job responsibilities
- Lead and get involved in initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems identified by senior leaders at the bank
- Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities
- Execute creative analyses and provide insight to identify issues and arrive at recommendations
- Gather, synthesize, analyze and present data and findings (e.g., financial modeling, valuation)
- Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
- Develop strategic presentations for both internal and external audiences
- Monitor industry trends and share insightful reports and analyses with broader team and with senior executives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience from a premier management consulting firm, investment bank (Mergers & Acquisitions, Coverage, Capital Markets), Equity Research, internal strategy groups, or venture capital/private equity or other relevant entrepreneurial backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to effectively and confidently convey analysis and findings
- Openness to work in an environment of active developmental feedback from peers
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills
