As an Analytics Vice President, within the Auto Servicing and Collections Analytics team, you will create critical performance metrics such as KPIs and OKRs, deriving decision-enabling analytics insights and reporting for collections strategies and product features. You'll play a key part in identifying and developing business cases for product or process enhancements that increase efficiency, effectiveness and provide better customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the Auto collections and servicing functions including existing product features and strategy
- Develop expertise in Auto specific performance metrics and terminology, and nuances of systems and data
- Perform detailed quantitative analysis using SAS/SQL and/or Alteryx to evaluate performance of new and existing strategies and/or product features
- Create and measure key performance metrics and trends for the product stakeholders and partners.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing strategy segmentation and product functionality
- Develop quantitative-based financial business cases to support various product initiatives
- Partner with technology and product to create data capture and storage requirements for existing and future initiatives
- Translate analytics insights into actionable business recommendations and present recommendations clearly and concisely to varying levels of management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and 6+ years of experience in a data analysis, financial, or technical role
- Proficiency using SAS as an analytical tool
- Knowledge of the Auto business in a financial institution
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Alteryx
- Ability to research and gain insights into complex systems, processes, and data
- Experience and ability to leverage in-depth analytics to derive decision-enabling insights
- Competent to engage both technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication skills including effective story-telling around quantitative findings
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building abilities
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience with Operations process or systems
- Collections strategy and/or analytics experience preferred but not required
