Analytics Strategy [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Analyze operational and financial data and perform analyses to identify opportunity for AI and machine learning adoption and efficiencies. Coordinate with internal lines of business and functions to shape AI strategy and identify problems that can benefit from AI solutions. Structure and build quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual analyses to drive recommendations for solving prioritized problems. Create business cases for initiatives, including defining scope, solutions, staffing, and timelines. Conduct competitor and industry research to identify market trends, including new AI and machine learning developments. Oversee AI and ML product development and implementation and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. Evaluate and mitigate risks, and balance business needs with Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance guidelines. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive AI and machine learning priorities. Develop relationships with key AI and ML partners. Contribute to executive communication materials and present analyses and recommendations to senior executives and other key stakeholders. Up to 40% domestic and international travel to client and JPMC sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Strategy, Business Analyst, Cloud Strategy, Generative AI Product Management, Generative AI Strategy, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Strategy, Business Analyst, Cloud Strategy, Generative AI Product Management, Generative AI Strategy, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: integrating large language models (LLMs) with firmwide banking and risk systems; driving Agile AI product development and adoption via Confluence, JIRA, Atlassian tools and Lucid Diagrams; applying root-cause analysis, first- principles thinking, and data-driven strategy methodologies from global strategy consulting firms or internal corporate strategy at a global bank; developing multi-layered Excel and PowerPoint reports of at least 1,000 rows with VBA, VBScript, ThinkCell, lookup functions, index match, pivot tables, and data analysis add-ons; extracting business insights from gigabyte- to terabyte-scale datasets including from Snowflake and Datadog platform for senior stakeholder audiences; performing data structuring, manipulation, and query optimization using Python, Jupyter, Java, SQL, PostgreSQL, and PySpark; performing statistical analysis using machine learning methods including logistic regression, t-tests, clustering, data mining, and predictive modeling; developing real-time Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards with parameterized inputs, cascading dynamic filters, and API- driven data ingestion; engineering Qualtrics surveys with dynamic branching, custom configurations, and multi-modal data collection to collect user feedback and track the progress of AI use cases. This position requires any amount experience with the following: deploying large-scale LLM solutions on hybrid multi-cloud platforms including AWS and Azure; implementing cloud security and governance frameworks aligned with global financial and AI regulations; engineering LLM prompts and solutions using OpenAI, Unoserver, and Aspose APIs, including chain-of prompts and creating workflows; applying MapReduce, In-Memory architectures, retrieval augmented generation, and Agentic AI frameworks for scalable AI solutions for at least 100,000 users.
