Analytics Solutions [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Analyze, evaluate and design Data and Analytics products and solutions. Assist help with product development in service of solving data centric problems. Provide guidance and consulting to variety of product and data teams with regards to Data Modernization efforts such as legacy data identification, target state design, and modernization best practices. Define strategy and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive data modernization projects, develop execution plans and roadmaps. Help evaluate and validate modernized datasets, track data migration to the cloud and report on the progress. Drive the Data and Analytics initiative backlog with the goal of tracking all product-level data modernization items in a unified dashboard. Deliver cohesive communication on data modernization to stakeholder groups including product teams. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure that the work is moving forward in a timely manner and according to the agreed plan. Report the status of data modernization across CCB product.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management or in a related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Program Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience in the following: Creating status reports and communicating software development status updates with stakeholders; Utilizing software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall in software products for an organization in a highly regulated environment; Driving cross-initiative dependencies and establishing critical program milestones in Software development; Managing relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and support on data projects in a medium to large organization with more than 2,000 employees in a highly regulated industry; Evaluating burndown and velocity of development progress and using data to drive decision-making in software development programs using best practices of Software development lifecycle methodologies through Agile, Scrum or Kanban. This position requires five (5) years of experience in the following: Performing project Management in a highly regulated environment such as banking; Managing portfolio priorities to establish multiple program plans that contain multiple workstreams with software engineering teams; Conducting reviews to monitor project time, budget, and scope in a cross functional environments of software engineers, technical product managers, and business owners; Aligning software portfolio priorities with defined business outcomes and strategic objectives across data and analytics software products targeted for highly regulated industries; Identifying, assessing, and addressing risks throughout the software development project lifecycle; Managing mitigation of software development project lifecycle risks; and Establishing best practices across software product and program execution, providing coaching, and mentoring team members in a highly regulated organization.
