As an Analytics Solutions Delivery Manager on the HR Employee Experience Product Team, you'll lead the planning, directing, and implementation of end-to-end analytics solutions to enhance learning products and drive business value. You'll be a key component that assist us in leveraging data to improve employee experience and deliver exceptional learning outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive analytics solutions that align with the HR Employee Experience team's objectives and strategic goals.

  • Oversee the development and optimization of data infrastructure to support robust analytics and data-driven decision-making within the employee experience domain.


  • Partner with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to integrate data insights into product development and enhancement.


  • Utilize analytics to deliver actionable insights and drive business value, ensuring solutions are intuitive and impactful for enhancing employee learning experiences.


  • Identify and address data risks throughout the data lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • BS degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, product management, or related role.
  • Experience managing analytics solutions and delivery within a complex organizational structure.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Expertise in data infrastructure, data products, and analytics output.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytics concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data-driven product management and optimization.
  • Robust relationship management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in product management or analytics in an HR or employee experience domain
  • Advanced degree in a related field
