As a member of Asset and Wealth Management Finance & Business Management, you are an integral part of our efforts to strategically manage capital, promote growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting, and proactively manage risk. By providing information, analysis, and recommendations to improve results and promote decisions, our teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.

As an Analytics Solutions Associate within the GPB Dashboarding & Analytics team, you will utilize advanced quantitative methods to boost the firm's value by producing insights, developing dashboards, automating processes, and supporting enhanced decision-making across the organization.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in promoting business outcomes and decisions through data, analytics, and optimization methods
  • Assist in analytical ad-hoc requests and support various stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of insightful analysis and presentations
  • Help to create wireframes and mock-ups for dashboards and analytical reporting
  • Collaborate with functional partners including Business Management, Global Technology, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with technical partners including data engineering and finance teams to achieve business results and streamline existing data processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• An interest in quantitative analysis, data analytics, and corporate finance
• Ability to analyze problems, identify patterns in large datasets, and translate data into recommendations
• General coding proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of working experience preferred
  • Preferred knowledge in scientific languages (Python, Alteryx, or SQL)
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Tableau and Alteryx
