As a Analytics Solutions Associate Sr at JP Morgan Chase within the Chase UK team, you will play a pivotal role in our finance data transformation project. You will collaborate with finance stakeholders to develop a finance data platform that supports business-critical control responsibilities and decision-making. Your work will involve using modern data tools to deliver strategic solutions and insights, contributing to our global impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with data architect and data engineers to ingest and structure Nutmeg's investment data into finance data platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Looker and LookML.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and modelers to develop necessary data models.
  • Present complex data in visually engaging formats to facilitate communication.
  • Work with product managers and end users to ideate and refine solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with BI solutions governance processes.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with business intelligence platforms.
  • Proficiency in Looker and LookML.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, computer science, accounting, or finance.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably in Finance/FinTech.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
  • Expertise in data analytics and visualization, with a solid understanding of UX/UI design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Commercial understanding of retail banking products such as current accounts, credit cards, insurance, and mortgages.
  • Passion for innovation and problem-solving with a focus on user-centric design.
  • Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional agile teams.
