As an Analytics Solutions Analyst within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data processing workflows using Alteryx and SQL, with a focus on data quality projects. You will leverage Python for automation tasks to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize data quality metrics and insights. Your role involves writing clean, reusable code, conducting data quality testing, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to optimize system performance and functionality.

Job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows to efficiently process and analyze large datasets.
- Develop and implement data quality checks within Alteryx workflows to identify and report data quality errors.
- Be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining KYC-related data from various sources. This involves ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness, as well as complying with data privacy and security regulations.
- Use your analytical skills, you will analyze KYC data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. This analysis may involve examining customer profiles, transactional data, and other relevant information to detect suspicious activities or potential risks.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present the findings of your analysis to stakeholders, including management, compliance teams, and regulators. These reports should be clear, concise, and actionable, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and mitigate risks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the KYC space. This may involve identifying inefficiencies, suggesting automation or optimization opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows and streamline processes.
- Work closely with other stakeholders, such as compliance officers, AML analysts, and IT teams, to support the overall KYC process. Effective collaboration and communication are essential to align data analysis efforts with the organization's objectives and compliance goals.
- Seek opportunities actively to enhance your knowledge and skills by staying abreast of industry trends, attending relevant training or conferences, and pursuing certifications in data analysis or compliance. The field of KYC and data analysis is constantly evolving.
- Handle sensitive customer information. It is crucial to adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the responsible and lawful use of data at all times.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Min 3 years of exp experience in Banking or related position with minimum 2 years in data analytics tools like Alteryx ,Tableau ,SQL and Python
- Alteryx Core certified professional with experience in delivering projects.
- Self-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision.
- Adept with multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Results oriented team player and Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
- Work schedule: EMEA shift; Must be flexible to work in any shifts.
