Amazon CoBrand Operations and Project Manager Senior Associate

Position Overview:
As an Associate in Card Services for the Amazon Cobranded Credit Card, you will be responsible for leading technical support processes, be a point of contact for escalations and outages. Additionally the role will have some project work focused on modernization and ongoing development of services and features on the Amazon and Chase Platforms

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support all origination and servicing processes, ensuring adherence to both contractual and operational SLAs.
  • Escalate issues that pose risks to SLA requirements.
  • Resolve partner inquiries and provide necessary analysis or support.
  • Collaborate across the firm to develop system solutions and support transformational change.
  • Create and present information to senior management, offering insights and recommendations on operational activities and trends.
  • Manage the relationship with the Operational partners both internally and with the Partner
  • Address issues or provide analysis within defined SLAs
  • Serve as a thought leader, Innovate and execute
  • Manage New initiatives through the development lifecycle, across a broad suite of stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Product, Marketing, Tech and the Partner organization)

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Strong thought leader and change agent; passionate about the card partner relationship and developing business operations functions.
  • Strong sense of accountability and an ability to simplify technical issues into business language
  • 5 years of experience in a medium to large diverse organization in card lending or digital platforms.
  • Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, and work ethic; proactive and results-oriented, with the courage to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo and ultimately influence outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to synthesize system performance information into concise, insightful, and actionable recommendations.
