As an AI Solutions Designer- Home Lending Automation in Organizational Effectiveness and Oversight, you will be part of a core team that is the centralized utility responsible for managing business change, resolving escalated customer complaints, developing automated AI-enabled business solutions, executing program management, leading employee readiness, and responding to employee feedback. Your role will also be crucial on this utility team in ensuring proper fee treatments, processing vendor invoices and providing oversight and foundational support. Your expertise and support to the team will help provide Home Lending with innovative tools to better serve customers, guides employees through change and ensures successful adherence to core functions and regulatory requirements
Job responsibilities
- Design low code/no code Generative AI solutions, using Alteryx, Python and REST APIs
- Review and understand business requirements and determine feasibility of development, with one or more tools from the low-code toolkit
- Create solutions in coordination with the business and delivery leads in accordance with software lifecycle management methodology and the firmwide Intelligent Solutions Control Standard, where applicable
- Maintain support and technical documentation
- Provide training and assistance in support of broader Home Lending automation and AI objectives, as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models and Generative AI
- 1+ years' experience with Alteryx
- 2+ years' experience with Python
- REST API Integrations (cloud and on premises)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with AI Ops frameworks and technologies, such as MCP and LangChain
- Experience in a heavily regulated industry, such as finance, healthcare or defense
This role is In-Office 5 Days/week, Monday-Friday.
