The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for accelerating the firm's data and analytics journey. This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of the company's data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making. The CDAO is also responsible for developing and implementing solutions that support the firm's commercial goals by harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to develop new products, improve productivity, and enhance risk management effectively and responsibly.
This Product Manager, Vice President role is part of the AI Agents team within CDAO, with responsibility for building products that facilitate the firm-wide build & adoption of AI Agents. You will drive the product strategy, product development, and partnership with technology/business partners necessary to deliver best-in-class products for the firm. Job Responsibilities
- Define a product vision and roadmap for various capabilities and features of the Agent Builder platform that could include topics such as Agent building frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, memory management, planning and reasoning, agent governance, AI security, RAG, observability, evaluations, tools and industry protocols (e.g. MCP, A2A)
- Drive product requirements, feature prioritization and maintain product roadmap
- Identify patterns of agentic systems and agentic tools (MCP Servers) to drive the roadmap of reusable components (Marketplace)
- Perform product research through internal customer engagement to inform the product roadmap
- Perform market research on the latest in the Agentic space to inform the product strategy and roadmap
- Measure product performance metrics and share status updates.
- Become the evangelist for the product vision across the firm and engage stakeholders across the Firm and demonstrate clarity, experience, and criticality of the product.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Work with stakeholders across the various businesses (Investment Bank, Consumer Bank, etc.) and functional groups (UX, Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity Legal, Controls) to collect business requirements, create PRDs and ship high quality products that solve business needs/requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 6+ years of experience in product management for software or AI products
- Strong track record of owning and developing a product strategy and roadmap. Able to balance short-term goals and long-term vision in highly complex environments
- Experience driving cross-functional product initiatives
- Experience working with UX, engineering and data science teams
- Experience building product requirement documents and defining/measuring product metrics
- Track record of large customer impact
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
- Hands-on experience building or using LLM powered Agentic solutions.
- Expertise on the AI lifecycle, spanning from data discovery, data processing, model development, model deployment, and model monitoring
