The Consumer Banking Field Communications team is seeking a talented, creative communications professional to assist in producing daily communications for field leaders. We are a highly motivated, fast-moving team that operates like a news organization.
As a Affluent Banking Field Communications Associate you will assist in producing daily communications for field leaders and client-facing colleagues, keeping them informed on products, policies, sales practices, resources, technology and operational updates they need to take care of clients. You will support our Affluent Banking strategy, publishing content for leaders and colleagues in our J.P. Morgan Private Client Offices and J.P. Morgan Financial Centers. In addition, you will work closely with Affluent Banking business partners to build and execute field communications that help the field grow and deepen affluent client relationships and deliver first-class client experiences.

Job responsibilities:
- Create and deliver internal communications to leaders and client-facing colleagues in the J.P. Morgan Private Client Office and J.P. Morgan Financial Centers, in partnership with others on the Consumer Banking Communications team.
- Partner effectively across Consumer Banking to understand Affluent Banking business priorities / initiatives, develop communication plans, curate content and build narratives.
- Present tactical communication plans to business partners and influences outcomes.
- Build and manage relationships, while exercising strong influence and editorial judgement in evaluating communication approaches.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of professional writing experience.
- Superior writing skills with versatility in format, including news and headline writing, feature writing, technical writing, instructional writing and copy editing.
- Research skills and a strong understanding of what makes for compelling and interesting content, with a gift for telling stories in a concise and engaging way
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on tight deadlines.
- Able to produce urgent / crisis communications on demand.
- Work collaboratively and effectively in a group setting and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A quick study of complex or technical topics and be able to simplify those concepts into clear, precise writing.
- Recognize and respond well to changing priorities.
- Focused, accurate and organized.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in communications or other writing discipline preferred.
- Familiarity with AP Style and/or the Voice of Chase.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Excel.
