As a Vice President, Acquisition Strategy and Planning Lead in the Chase UK team, you will evaluate, develop, and drive the implementation of acquisition strategies and plans. Your role involves analysing and communicating these strategies and their results across the organisation. Collaborating closely with the Chase UK leadership team to ensure acquisition initiatives and investments align with the bank's strategy and objectives, delivering against performance goals.

- Lead the development of the annual acquisition strategy and accompanying business plans, working in conjunction with teams across marketing, product, commercial, strategy, and finance.
- Provide detailed acquisition reports and analyses to business stakeholders, including senior leadership, focusing on acquisition performance and strategic direction.
- Work with channel leads to drive implementation of plans and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with acquisition teams, data analysts, and external agencies to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition efforts and convey these insights to key stakeholders.
- Partner with strategy and research teams to deliver consumer, market, and competitor insights that enhance overall acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage with research teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of target audiences, segmentation, and identify customer needs and build this into plans to optimise performance and targeting.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong understanding of acquisition strategy and performance metrics within a consumer-focused organization.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by generating innovative ideas and proactively testing new strategies to drive acquisition growth and enhance overall performance
- Data-driven with excellent analytical capabilities, including the ability to produce comprehensive analysis documents.
- Outstanding written communication skills, capable of producing clear and high-quality business reports and documents.
- Proficient in collaboration and relationship-building across a large matrix organization.
- Ability to influence and engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to implement and adhere to controls and processes.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in leading acquisition strategy or performance for a consumer facing digital organisation
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and acquisition channels.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and measurement capabilities.
- Understanding of attribution and data modelling such as Media Mix Modelling.
- Demonstrated success in driving acquisition initiatives that align with strategic business goals.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within retail banking/fin-tech or digital-first organizations. Experience in a regulated industry is helpful.
