Account Specialist II- ACH Reclamations Estate Services

As an Account Specialist II in Estates Services ACH Reclamations you will support Estate Services for Mail for Deceased Processing and ACH Reclamations. You will utilize your analytical ability in reviewing customer information to identify which transactions belong to each account owner. You will handle the customer journey from the first deceased notification, managing documentation sent to us, and processing manual letters. All transactions for consumer accounts are reviewed by analyzing transaction activity, and cases are dispositioned accordingly. Your work must comply with J.P. Morgan Chase bank policies, regulations, and federal, state, and local law requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in bank operations.
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in various MS Office and web-based applications.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills.
- Professional communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload effectively.
- Independent, self-motivated, and a team player.
Work Schedule:
In-office work is required from Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday. You can choose between two schedule options: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST. Please note that attendance at scheduled training sessions is mandatory, and the training hours may differ from your regular work schedule.
