2026 Operations Analyst Program - Summer Analyst (New York Metro & Chicago)

New York, NY

Be at the heart of running the firm efficiently, effectively, and delivering value for our clients. In the program, you will work in a collaborative environment that teaches you how the Operations function helps deliver core services to the firm and its clients. The goal is to assist you in building a long-term career in our Operations function and help with its continued growth. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who want to begin and develop their career in Operations. We are looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds that are excited to learn and identify process opportunities (e.g., automation).

As a Summer Analyst in the Operations Analyst Program, you will start our 9-week program with comprehensive training to introduce you to our firm, our practices, and our culture. After training, you will join the Operations function within one of our lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Bank, Consumer & Community Bank or Corporate Functions) to be fully ingrained within your team's day-to-day activities and make a clear impact for the organization and our clients. You will make an impact in a specific Operations role aligned to our disciplines, which could include Processing/Servicing, Trade/Asset Support, Reporting, or Transformation. The program will give you the opportunity to learn about our operations and develop your career. Students interested in front office, external customer/client interactions, or software engineering will not have their needs met within this program.
