2026 Commercial & Specialized Industries Full-time Analyst Program - Diversified

The Commercial & Specialized Industries (C&SI) group at JPMorgan Chase serves companies with annual revenue of $20 million to $2 billion, as well as municipalities and not-for-profits. We offer both traditional banking and investment banking products, delivering customized solutions through our nationwide network and global resources.

As an Analyst in the Commercial & Specialized Industries (C&SI) group, you will join a 2.5-year program designed to give you hands-on experience across banking, treasury, and underwriting, along with strategic project work. You will develop financial and client-facing skills to build your career in financial services, working collaboratively to shape innovative solutions for our clients.

About Diversified Rotational Program:

Our Diversified industries experience is organized into five regional groups (Northeast, Midwest, Southwest, Southeast and Pacific) and a variety of industry segments, including, but not limited to, Agribusiness, Life Sciences, Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Not-for-profit, and Technology and Disruptive Commerce. You may be interested in this experience if you're looking for broad exposure to key functions and teams across C&SI. The role of a Diversified Analyst gaining experience which exposes you to a variety of teams and functions across the broader C&SI business through two 14-month long rotations .

Job responsibilities

  • Working on financial models to support financing transactions
  • Assisting in the completion of credit approval memos
  • Preparing marketing materials for use in client meetings (covering topics such as financing alternatives, working capital optimization, and industry analysis)
  • Learning how to identify treasury product solutions to benefit clients' long-term planning
  • Developing an understanding of the full breadth of J.P. Morgan products and service offerings
  • Conducting client and prospect research to support business development efforts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Bachelor's Degree with a Graduation Date of December 2025 - June 2026
  • If pursuing a Master's, it must be 2 years within receiving your Bachelor's and with a graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Coursework in business, finance, or accounting a plus
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale is preferred
