INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect with new and existing customers to position and sell a suite of safety and compliance solutions. J. J. Keller's diverse portfolio consists of Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, Training Resources, Consulting & Outsourced Services, SaaS Safety Management Tools, and Transportation Technology.

Your daily focus will include:

  • Making outbound prospecting calls
  • Conducting discovery conversations to identify client needs
  • Presenting value-driven solutions to close business
  • Managing a sales pipeline and exceeding monthly sales goals

Sales Roles Tailored to Your Strengths - We offer multiple paths based on your skill set and career goals:

  • Structured Selling - High-volume outbound calls using a proven script aimed at one-call closes, and winning every day
  • Marketing-Driven Leads - Outbound prospecting calls into marketing driven leads. Engage in discovery conversation to develop opportunities to sell new products and solutions
  • Dedicated Account List - Develop a prospecting and sales strategy to uncover and grow business within a dedicated list of accounts

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Hunter Mentality - You're driven, competitive, and passionate about winning new business
  • Sales Experience - At least 1 year in phone-based or B2B sales preferred
  • Clear Communicator - Confident presenting over the phone and skilled in building rapport
  • Tech-Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new systems
  • Education - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
