What you will be doing as a Customer Relations Manager:
Working directly with our Product Specialists and Service Advisors on daily customer follow up
Follow up with our customers throughout entire sales process

Follow up with our customers on the service process i.e. wait time, pick up of vehicle
handling of customer issues at the dealership
other duties as assigned

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Excellent phone skills
Self Motivator, can maintain a positive attitude
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients
