Als Jabil Optics Germany GmbH (www.jabiloptics.com) in Jena sind wir Teil des weltweit zweitgrößten Auftragsfertigers Jabil und führend bei der Entwicklung von opto-elektro-mechanischen Modulen für Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality, moderne Kamerasysteme sowie Gestensteuerung/ 3D Sensing. Wir entwickeln in einem internationalen Team innovative kundenspezifische Lösungen für weltweit führende Markenhersteller. Jabil beschäftigt global mehr als 140 000 Mitarbeitende. Im Optics Design Center in Jena entwickeln wir mit über 120 Mitarbeitenden opto-elektro-mechanische Design-Lösungen für AR/VR-Brillen, autonomes Fahren (LiDAR, Driver Monitoring, ADAS- Kamera-Systeme, Eye Tracking), Robotics, Action Cameras, Smartphones, Endoskope und viele weitere Anwendungen.
Zur Verstärkung an unserem Entwicklungsstandort in Jena suchen wir ab sofort für mindestens sechs Monate mit einem Umfang von 10 Stunden / Woche (nach individueller Absprache) eine/ einen
Werkstudent/in IT-Operations (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Wartung, Support und Dokumentation bestehender Power Automate/Power App-Lösungen für Genehmigungsprozesse, Meldeanwendungen, Essensbestellungen etc.
- monatliche Auffüllung von IT-Lagerbeständen sowie Sortierung und Einlagerung von Rückläufern
- Kabelmanagement in Netzwerkschränken, Aufräumen von Patchfeldern
- Dokumentation von Softwarelizenzen entsprechend Konzernrichtlinien in Xensam

Umfang
- 10 h pro Woche, aufgeteilt auf zwei Arbeitstage von Montag bis Freitag, in der Zeit von 6 Uhr bis 20 Uhr
- Arbeitstage und Uhrzeiten können zwischen Werkstudent/in und Führungskraft abgestimmt und dem Vorlesungsplan entsprechend angepasst werden.
- die Aufgaben der Stelle erfordern in der Regel eine Anwesenheit vor Ort (mobiles Arbeiten ist daher nur in Ausnahmefällen möglich)
Sie haben:
- Bachelor- oder Masterstudium aus den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen
- gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit einem Sinn für Ordnung und Struktur
- schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch oder Deutsch
- vorteilhaft sind erste Erfahrungen mit Power Automate, Power Apps oder in der Softwareentwicklung
