Job Description
Our Clinton Toolroom is looking to add a team member with strong organizational skills and dedication to safety and quality. Our ideal candidate will be a friendly, outgoing and well organized individual who will be able to handle fluctuations in workflow and brings to light areas for improvement within the tool crib. The tool crib coordinator oversees the department's maintenance, storage and distribution of tooling components within the Toolroom. As the tool crib assistant, you will be in charge of tracking spare component locations, verifying proper storage of tooling components and maintaining proper stock of mold components.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safety and Compliance
o Ensuring tools are stored in a safe and orderly manner
• Inventory and Tooling Management
o Maintaining accurate records of mold component locations and status
o Conducting regular inventory checks
o Maintaining inventory stock levels
o Distribution of spare mold components as requested by the Toolroom or Tooling Engineer
o Managing mold movements from tool/spares storage to toolroom
o Properly storing and logging spares locations/statuses
• Purchasing and Shipping
o Replacement manifold components
o Spare tool hardware Inventory ie: water fittings, assembly hardware, etc.
o Creating purchase requisitions
o Creating packing slips
o Mold Crating
o Shipping and receiving of molds and spare components
