Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Compensation Analyst to support the global compensation process and ensure alignment between regional teams (Asia, Europe, or Americas). and the company's overall compensation philosophy and business goals. This role will play a key part in maintaining consistency in compensation practices across regions, supporting compensation planning cycles, conducting market analysis, and providing insights to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, and salary structures.
- Partner with regional HR and Compensation teams to ensure alignment and consistency with global compensation strategy.
- Analyze market data and benchmark compensation practices to maintain competitive positioning across different regions.
- Assist in the annual compensation review process, including data analysis, tool preparation, and coordination with global stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with internal compensation policies and external regulations across regions.
- Contribute to the development of compensation-related communication materials and training for HR partners and business leaders.
- Support special projects, such as M&A due diligence or compensation surveys, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with compensation systems or tools is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Must have the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to design a variety of compensation communications and present finding.
- Must have excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and people.
