JOB SUMMARY

Managing the cafeteria service supplier ensuring they provide good quality service with the right staff to prepare food with all the hygienic and nutrition parameters, while maintaining good presentation and meeting scheduled times. Ensure compliance with the contract between company and suppliers. Ensure in conjunction with the medical area, all processes for the preparation and handling of food.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administración y gestión de servicios de comedor, alimentos y trasporte privado en caso de ser requerido para fines de semanas, días festivos y periodos vacacionales.

Monitorear y mejorar continuamente la calidad del servicio de transporte en conjunto con el proveedor.

Supervisar los servicios de comedor asegurando calidad en los alimentos, cumplimiento de normativas y satisfacción del personal.

• Knowledge of the standard 093 rules applicable to SSA and distinctive H

• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and e-mail skills required.
