Prozesstechniker/ Prozessingenieur (m/w/d)
Im Rahmen dieser Stelle werden Sie für die Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse verantwortlich sein.
IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Herstellprozessen
- Fertigungstechnische Einführung und Erprobung neuer Technologien
- Erstellung von Ingenieurstudien (Enginering Study)
- Festlegen von abteillungsübergreifenden Produktionsabläufen
- Standardisierung von Produktionsabläufen
- Unterstützung der Abteilungen bei Prozessänderungen
- Erstellen von Verfahrensanweisungen und Prozessabläufen für die Produktion
- Fertigungstechnische Begleitung der Prozessvalidierung
- Mitarbeit bei Prozess- und Produktrisikomanagment
- Steigerung der Produtivität unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Standards und Vorgaben (Lean Management)
- Durchführung und Mitarbeit von Kaizen Workshops
IHR PROFIL:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister oder alternativ Bachelor Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung / Production Management von großem Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Organisationsfähigkeit, gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative
- Gute Kommunikations- sowie Präsentationsfähigkeit
