Programmer Analyst II

Tech Lead, will drive software development, mentor developers, and ensure the implementation of best practices across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain applications using Mendix.
• Optimize the performance of existing software solutions.
• Design, update, and manage software databases.
• Ensure software functionality, performance, and security through rigorous testing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers across different sites.
• Support and standardize development processes while eliminating shadow IT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and bug fixing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and report progress to the Scrum Master.
• Estimate backlog items and deliver development tasks in line with Jabil's coding and architectural standards.
• Provide consultation and training to improve the skill set of regional developers.
• Ensure proper documentation of developed solutions.
