Payroll Administrator (m/w/d) 100%

Als Payroll Administrator sind Sie für die selbstständige Abwicklung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für alle zugeordneten Bereiche zuständig.

Standort: Balsthal (SO)

Vertragsart: befristet bis Ende Juni 2026

Vertragsstart: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen
• Selbstständige und effiziente Erledigung von Aufgaben der Payroll-Administration (z.B. Post, MSE, EO, PAT, IV, AGB, Mail- und Telefondienste)
• Mithilfe bei der Kontrolle, Verarbeitung sowie Kontierung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften, Verbuchung und Ablage
• Komplette Abwicklung der Arztzeugnisse sowie Absenzmanagement + Controlling
• Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stellen im Zusammenhang mit der Lohnverarbeitung und der Sozialversicherungsabrechnung in vier Sprache DE, EN, IT, FR

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in Sozialversicherung, Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, (Lohn-)Steuerrecht, Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
• Mind. 1 - 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Bereich der Lohnbuchhaltung, Finanzbuchhaltung oder HR
• SAP- / Workday- / UKA- / Zeus-Kenntnisse von Vorteil sowie MS-Office und IT-Affinität
• Diskretion, vernetztes und analytisches Denken; genaue, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
• Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie englische Sprachkenntnisse sind zwingend notwendig
• Italienisch und/oder Französisch ist ein Plus
