JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to the APAC Commercial Legal Team.
- Serve as the focal point for corporate governance and entity management and collaborate with global corporate governance team, 1) Managing execution of all types of corporate documents, including organize, finalize, distribute and retain certificates, minutes, resolutions, board and officer changes, powers of attorney, dividend distributions, recapitalizations etc. 2) Handling registration of changes and any filings with the local authority.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Assist attorneys with litigation and arbitration preparation, coordinate with external counsel on formalities and proceedings.
- Develop and manage processes to implement global policies and procedures, including delivering related training sessions.
- Manage outside counsel relationships.
- Conduct legal research and prepare charts, diagrams, and other visual aids for legal projects.
- Provide administrative support and perform other tasks as assigned by attorneys.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of paralegal experience in multinational companies or law firms.
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong results orientation, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.
- High sense of accountability and a collaborative team player.
- Proactive, extroverted, and confident in engaging with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database tools.
