Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Material Handler III to join our team in Florence, KY. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience in warehouse operations. You'll act as a lead in the absence of a supervisor, ensure inventory accuracy in SAP, and support various logistics functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

General Duties

• Serve as team lead when supervisor is unavailable
• Ensure SAP inventory accuracy
• Reconcile inventory variances and report discrepancies
• Act as liaison between Production Control, Management, and Production lines

Stockroom / Return to Stock (RTS)

• Use RF scanners to store materials and verify transactions
• Pull and split kits, scan to G drive, and ensure completeness
• Count returned materials and maintain accurate records
• Keep box build areas organized and stocked

Receiving & Receiving Inspection

• Validate deliveries against bill of lading and packing slips
• Complete receipt-to-dock transactions in SAP
• Perform inspections per ISO procedures and maintain certification
• Execute inventory adjustments and move materials as needed

Shipping

• Manage domestic and international shipping procedures
• Schedule carriers and ensure proper documentation
• Support month-end shipments, including overtime as needed
• Operate material handling equipment safely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Ability to read and follow instructions, inspection plans, and safety protocols
• Proficient in basic math and data interpretation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Windows-based software
