The working schedule for this shift is from 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday. With a shift differential of 15% just for working 3rd. Nice climate-controlled building that makes working a breeze.

JOB SUMMARY

Material Handler III - Night Shift

Location: Florence , Kentucky
Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m., Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler III to support warehouse and stockroom operations on our night shift. This role acts as a lead in the absence of the supervisor and is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, executing material transactions in SAP, and coordinating material flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

General & Leadership

• Serve as lead in the absence of the supervisor.
• Ensure SAP inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.
• Act as liaison between Production Control, Production Management, and the production floor regarding inventory and shortages.

Stockroom / RTS

• Execute material put-away, kit pulls and returns using RF scanners and SAP.
• Maintain organization of stockroom and box build areas.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes.

Receiving & Inspection

• Validate deliveries against packing slips and bills of lading.
• Complete system receipts and perform de-trash procedures.
• Inspect incoming materials per ISO procedures and move approved items to appropriate locations.
• Maintain Quality Control Inspection certification (IPC-A-610).

Shipping

• Prepare domestic and international shipments per company and customer requirements.
• Schedule carriers and manage shipping documentation.
• Support end-of-month shipping deadlines, including extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, stockroom, or material handling roles.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and RF scanning tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Advanced PC skills; familiarity with ISO procedures and quality standards preferred.
