Job Description
Jabil is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to work in the St. Petersburg, FL location to support the Connected Living & Digital Commerce business segment.

How will you make an impact? As a Marketing Specialist with Jabil you will need to be able to identify behavioral trends and generate creative ideas. You will also be need to be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The qualified candidate will make it a goal to deliver effective marketing programs.
What will you do?
- Projects may include various regular duties such as lead retrieval and database management, to project-specific deadline driven assignments such as web content development and management (Internet, Microsite, Extranet and Intranet), eblast campaigns, online and offline advertising campaigns, sales support and corporate literature, SEO/SEM program, public relations, social networking campaigns and tradeshows or events (customer or employee)
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
- Assists and lead with the development and management of projects assigned by Director of Global Marketing.
- Liaise with external vendors and departments to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan assigned.
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How will you get here?
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent type of degree.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar related role.
- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with PowerPoint & Excel.
- Advanced knowledge and experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Flash, SurveyMonkey (or equivalent shareware), shareware.
- MailChimp/iContact/etc for eblast distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to code basic HTML, CSS, Flash.
- Strong experience in emerging Web 2.0 social network marketing tools and techniques (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Squidoo.LinkedIn, blogs, podcasts).
- Works with outside vendors as needed on projects that require capabilities not available in-house.
- Writing for blogs, web pages, eblasts, press releases, articles and other materials as needed.
- Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability to meet deadline driven schedule.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment.
- Passion to study and remain up to date on all the latest ethical techniques.
- Team-oriented individuals with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience in WRIKE, Monday.com or TRELLO.
- Someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, organized and detail oriented.

The pay range for this role is $65,500 - $117,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
